| Security Security is responsible for public safety and theatre security. Security personnel assist with customer relations inside the theatre and are responsible for general crowd control as well as ensuring that patrons are following theatre policies. Additional security personnel are deployed to the parking lots that surround the theatre as well as the perimeter of the theatre overnight between consecutive shows. Applicants must clear a background check. |

| Sustainability Crew
Work with venue leaders to design a comprehensive zero waste plan for the venue and assist specific departments with their diversion efforts and among other duties, you will assist the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials which will take place in an outdoor covered area |

| Merchandise As a seller you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise which is returned. |

| VIP Services The VIP staff will engage with our seasonal guests that purchase premium seating, or VIP decks for our events. VIP staff members will be located throughout all of our VIP areas and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas. |

| Box Office
Working at the ticket sales and will call windows of the box office, assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as selling admission tickets and passes, assisting guests in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones. |

| Day of Show Upsells As a seller you will be assigned to and responsible for a points of sale in the venue and parking lots. Rent lawn chairs to guests from various rental stations. Sell ticket or parking up grades to guests if available for an event. Provide assistance to guests and answer any questions or concerns. |

| Maintenance Both on the days of show and in between shows, responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest. Maintenance positions are flexible and can be up to 20-40 hours per week in between shows and on show days as well. |
